Did I win? If so, where is my winnings?

 If you received a sweepstakes letter from us it does not automatically mean that you have won. You were among those we selected to contact for an opportunity to win the sweepstakes prize and to make a voluntary donation to the Fire Victims Fund. Your chances of winning are determined by the number of letters we mailed and therefore are the same as for anyone else selected to receive the mailing.

How does the sweepstakes work?

Prior to each mailing, each prospective entrant included in the mailing is assigned a sequential identification number from which a pre-selected winner is randomly chosen by an independent agency. If the entrant's identification number matches the pre-selected winning number and he or she returns the entry form in the envelope provided before the deadline, he or she will receive the sweepstakes prize.

How did you get my name?

You received a mailing from us either because you previously made a donation to our organization and your name is in our donor file, or because you were identified as being a prospective donor to our cause. We only mail to people who have previously entered sweepstakes and/or supported charitable causes. When our donors stop entering sweepstakes and making donations, we stop mailing to them.

How do I get my name removed from your mailing list?

If you do not wish to be contacted again by the Firefighters Charitable Foundation please fill out our Removal Request and request that you be removed from our contact database and mailing list; or notify us by telephone at 1-800-837-FIRE(3473). You will be removed from Sweepstakes entries as well.
